About Karin Alexander, CEO/Executive Director, Courses4Teachers, LLC:
Karin is a native San Franciscan, a Lowell High School graduate. She graduated cum laude from UCLA, majoring in Education and Sociology. Karin has been a dedicated classroom teacher as well as a teacher of teachers. As a classroom teacher for over 30 years, Karin taught all grade levels, special needs and gifted programs. She has twice been awarded the title of Teacher of the Year. She is nationally published, an acclaimed motivational public speaker, and is regarded as an educational course pioneer, developing over 300 practical and innovative educational PreK-12 courses and programs praised by universities across the nation. Karin is also a respected political leader on educational issues that promote respect for teachers. Her name is synonymous with integrity, trust, and honoring teachers for all the extra work they do.
